For a go-to kids’ favourite, pop in a straw, and combine with chilled sparkling mineral water and fresh strawberries and raspberries. Or create a Ruby Rooibos Spider with sparkling mineral water and ice-cream for a cool treat.
For the rest of us there’s plenty more to discover. For example, pour a half-and-half mix of iced Ruby Rooibos and prosecco, then get lost watching the bubbles fizz and float away. Or spend an afternoon observing the earth spin with a glass tumbler filled with iced Ruby Rooibos and a dash of Cointreau.

Iced - A brilliant kids or adults drink chilled. Use at least double or even triple the serving per cup ratio. The great attribute of rooibos is that it is very low in tannins and won't go bitter in a stronger brew.
For a simple chilled version combine equal amounts of sparkling mineral water and Ruby Rooibos, sliced fresh strawberries, raspberries and a straw.
For a more playful version make a Ruby Rooibos Spider. Combine equal amounts of sparkling mineral water and Ruby Rooibos, add a scoop of icecream and watch it bubble away.
For the adults there's some flavour mixtures worth exploring.
Prosecco is a favourite at any event but by simply adding double strength chilled Ruby Rooibos half half with your bubbles you have created a drink with a delicious depth of flavour to merrily sip away and half the alcohol.
Cointreau, a unique spirit combined with the subtle harmony of bitter and sweet oranges is another delicious partner to drink with Ruby Rooibos. Simply a shot of Cointreau and a shot of double strength Ruby Rooibos over ice. You'll find the rooibos smooths the spirit adding a gentle earthiness while citrus base harmoniously blends with the spirit.
