Ready to drift away with Little Dreamer chai?
A gently scented warm breeze in a cup. Combining full-bodied Sri Lankan black tea, with cinnamon, cassia, ginger, cardamom and rose petals, it delivers multi-layered gentle flavours of sweetness and spice with subtle floral notes.
Simply infused, it releases a gentle natural sweetness, but there’s so much more to discover. For instance, try it black chilled with a scoop of vanilla bean icecream or iced with a squeeze of lemon and crushed fresh mint. And that’s just for starters. With a little imagination and experimentation, our Little Dreamer Chai will just keep on giving.
Serving per cup: 1 teaspoon
Ideal water temp: boiling
Steep time: 2-4 mins
If you like your chai black use 1 tsp per cup, steep in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Or if you prefer milk add 1-2 tsp and milk to a pot bring to a boil then simmer for at least 4 minutes stir in honey to taste then strain and drink.
For iced chai use at least 2-3 tsp, steep with boiling water, once infused strain and chill in fridge ready to use. Try it with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream or iced with a squeeze of lemon and crushed fresh mint.
