Returns and refunds

We have drunk countless teas from all over the world to ensure we provide you with the best quality premium tea and best tasting. We always want to make sure you enjoy your product and are over the moon with your purchase and More Tea experience. If for some reason you are not we would be more than happy to rectify this. Please contact us to arrange a return and exchange or refund.

 Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment (the account that was used for the original transaction). Any returned item must be unopened, unused and in the original packaging. Cost for the postage of the returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
