Seventh Sencha has been produced with first Spring picked leaves grown in full sun processed with light steaming resulting in glossy jade green needles.
The liquor is bright and rye yellow liquor with a honey aroma. The tea has a fresh flavours of brisk steamed greens of broccoli, spinach and cooked beans with a note of chives. A lingering light sweetness rounded with a hint of bite balances this delicate Sencha.
