It's easy to make portable tea. Don't forget to click your strainer in before you fill with water. The strainer stops the tea leaves (or fruit, spices or herbs) from getting in your mouth. However, allows them to swim around + release their full flavour, creating the best tasting tea or fruit infused water on the go. Check out our simple 'How to Use' video.
Great news – we can keep drinking more tea! Research has indicated that ‘tea’ constituents some of our necessary daily intake of water (well fluid). According to LaTrobe University study, our body needs two litres of fluid per day, not just water. And tea is one of those!
